Hi! I'm Fiona,

My journey into this work began with my own need to understand myself, my body and what healing really meant.

After years of living with fibromyalgia and chronic pain, and having spent two years studying nursing at university, I found myself questioning much of what I thought I understood about health and wellbeing. I began exploring energy work and holistic practices initially because I was looking for ways to bring greater balance into my own life.

I had no idea at the time just how much that decision would change me.

What began with Reiki and Earth-based medicine gradually opened into a much deeper exploration of energy, consciousness, spirituality and the multidimensional nature of our human experience.

Over the years I have trained and certified at Master level in Reiki, alongside training and study in Earth-based medicine, shamanic practices and quantum healing. I have continued to develop my practice through energy work, intuitive development, meditation, spiritual study and the many different teachings and experiences that have found their way into my life.

But my greatest education has undoubtedly been life itself.

Motherhood. Chronic illness. Relationships. Loss. Grief. Starting again. The pandemic and the awakening that followed. Learning to trust my intuition. Learning to listen to my body. Travelling alone. Sitting with the land. Following the unexpected call to sacred places. Questioning what I believed, discovering what remained true for me, and having the courage to keep following where that truth led.

My spiritual journey has taken me around the world and, perhaps more importantly, brought me much more deeply home.

I have travelled to and worked with the energy of sacred and ancient places in Costa Rica, France, the United States, Hawaii and Bali, as well as undertaking deeply personal pilgrimages closer to home through Scotland and the ancient landscapes of Britain.

Places such as Glastonbury, Avebury, Calanais, Skye and the sacred landscapes of Scotland have strengthened a relationship with the Earth that has become inseparable from my spiritual practice. I have come to understand pilgrimage not simply as travelling somewhere sacred, but as allowing the land, the journey and what we encounter along the way to change us.

Alongside this has been the unfolding of my relationship with spirit.

My experiences of intuitive communication, energy, guides, angels and other forms of spiritual and multidimensional awareness have shaped the way I experience both healing and consciousness. I work closely with my guides and team in spirit, and soul communication has become one of the strongest foundations of the work I offer today.

I don't feel the need to fit everything I have experienced into one belief system or one modality. In many ways, my work has grown through allowing all of these threads to meet, the human and the spiritual, the body and the energetic, ancient wisdom and modern understanding, intuition and lived experience.

Today, I bring that accumulated experience into my work as a mentor, facilitator, energy practitioner, writer, artist and creator.

And I think perhaps the most important thing to know about me is that I haven't arrived here because I have lived a perfectly healed or perfectly spiritual life. Quite the opposite. I have lived. I have fallen apart and rebuilt. I have questioned and changed. I have loved deeply, lost deeply, made mistakes, followed callings I didn't always understand and discovered new parts of myself along the way.

All of it has shaped the woman who now sits on the other side of the screen from you.

So when we meet, I don't meet you from a pedestal.

I meet you as another human being; bringing my training, my intuition, my spiritual practice, my lived experience and everything this journey has taught me into the space between us.

And from there, we see what becomes possible.

My Philosophy

I believe that so much of our journey is about remembering who we are beneath everything we have experienced, everything we have been taught, and everything we have learned to carry.

This is something I have come to understand deeply through my own life.

For many years I thought healing was about getting rid of the pain, overcoming the past, changing the patterns and somehow becoming a better version of myself. My understanding of healing is very different now.

I don't believe we are here to endlessly fix ourselves.

I believe we are here to know ourselves.

To listen to our bodies. To understand our energy. To honour our emotions. To become aware of what we are carrying that may no longer belong with us. To recognise the patterns that keep us living from old versions of ourselves, and to create enough space within us for something different to become possible.

And most of all, I believe we are here to remember our relationship with our own soul.

This is at the heart of my work.

I experience healing as something multidimensional because this is how I have experienced it within my own journey. We are not only the physical body standing in front of one another. We are emotional, energetic, spiritual and deeply connected beings, and sometimes what is happening within our physical lives is only one part of a much bigger picture. This is why I work in the way that I do.

I listen to what you are telling me, but I also listen beyond the words.

I work intuitively with energy, with spirit and with what I understand as soul communication. I bring together the practices I have trained in, the wisdom I have gathered through years of study and experience, and the deeper knowing that has developed through walking my own path.

Sometimes that means we are clearing.

Sometimes we are healing.

Sometimes we are bringing something back into alignment.

Sometimes we are activating something that is already there.

And sometimes we are simply creating a coherent space around what you already know you are ready to do next. I have also learned that there comes a point in the healing journey where we have to stop continually looking backwards.

There is a time for understanding what happened to us. There is a time for grieving, releasing, processing and healing. But there is also a time to live.

A time to create.

A time to choose differently.

A time to trust what we have learned and begin walking forward with it.

That is where sovereignty has become so important within my work. I don't want you to leave my space believing that I have the answers for your life. I want you to leave hearing yourself more clearly. I want the work we do together to strengthen your relationship with your own intuition, your own discernment, your body, your soul and the choices that are yours to make. Because I have come to understand that true transformation is not found in handing our power to another person.

It happens when we begin to recognise what has been within us all along.

For me, this is what living in coherence means. It is not about being perfectly healed or permanently positive. It is about bringing more of who we truly are into the way we actually live. It is when our choices begin to reflect our knowing. When our boundaries reflect our worth. When our creations reflect what matters to us.

When our spirituality becomes something we embody rather than something we only speak about. And when we stop waiting to become someone else before allowing ourselves to fully inhabit our own lives.

Everything I offer has grown from this understanding. I am still walking this path too. I am still learning, creating, remembering and becoming more conscious of what it means to live what I know. Perhaps that is why I no longer see myself as standing in front of the people I work with. I walk alongside them. Bringing what I know, what I have lived, what I have learned and the medicine that has become mine to share, while always honouring that their path, their truth and their relationship with their soul belong to them.

It is about remembering who you are , and embracing yourself fully!
